A delightful no-bake dessert combining crunchy pretzels, rich caramel, and a smooth chocolate-peanut butter blend for a perfect sweet-salty treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the pretzels and spread evenly in the dish.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Spread the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cooled caramel layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  8. Remove from the dish and cut into squares or rectangles.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate layer before chilling. Customize toppings for fun presentations.
