A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, rich chocolate, and tender graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) of graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) of thawed whipped topping
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant pudding mix and 4 cups of milk in a large bowl. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well mixed.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, 1/4 cup milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
  8. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Slice into the cake and serve chilled.

Notes

Skips refrigeration will prevent proper setting. Ensure gentle folding of whipped topping to maintain lightness.
