A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of Oreo cookies and a creamy, sweet filling, topped with vibrant rainbow sprinkles.

  • 1 package (405 g) Oreo cookies
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 g rainbow sprinkles
  • 90 g mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then blend in vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Line the bottom of a 23×33 cm baking dish with an even layer of Oreo cookies.
  6. Spoon a generous layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  7. Alternate layers of Oreo cookies and cream mixture, finishing with a thick layer of cream.
  8. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with extra sprinkles and crushed Oreo cookies.

Notes

For the best results, let the dessert chill overnight. Feel free to experiment with different cookie bases or mix-ins.
