  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook another minute.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
