  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk (for drizzle)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for drizzle)
  • Extra crushed Oreos for topping
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Slowly add the melted butter into the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  6. Preheat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat, greased lightly.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
  8. Once bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  9. While pancakes are cooking, prepare the cream cheese drizzle by beating together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  10. Stack pancakes on plates and drizzle generously with cream cheese glaze, topping with extras as desired.
