A delightful twist on a classic dessert, combining rich peanut butter and sweet strawberry jelly in a creamy cheesecake.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes and then set aside to cool.
  6. Beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  8. Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  9. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust.
  10. Spoon strawberry jelly over the peanut butter layer, then gently swirl it with a knife.
  11. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or preferably overnight.
  12. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

For best flavor, let the cheesecake sit overnight. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
