  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup canned peach pie filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Add the cinnamon and fold in the canned peach pie filling carefully.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each well about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. For the glaze, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  10. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze and enjoy!
