A delightful dessert merging the flavors of peanut butter and jelly into a rich, creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  6. Beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  8. Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  9. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust.
  10. Spoon the strawberry jelly over the peanut butter layer and gently swirl it.
  11. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  12. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

For a creamier texture, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. You can also experiment with different jelly flavors!
