  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Reese’s cups
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (for drizzle)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in crushed Reese’s cups. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Assemble the Donut Sandwiches: Slice donuts in half, spread peanut butter on the bottom half, and add cheesecake filling. Top with the donut half.
  3. Make the Peanut Butter Drizzle: Mix 1/4 cup of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of milk, microwave for 15-20 seconds, stir until smooth.
  4. Serve & enjoy! Optionally, garnish with more crushed Reese’s cups.
