Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the cooked beef.
  3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and beef broth; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the shredded provolone cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto each hamburger bun and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, adjust Worcestershire or soy sauce as desired. Serve with sweet potato fries or a simple side salad.
