Delightful cheese bombs made from Pillsbury biscuits, filled with gooey cheese and topped with garlic butter.

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc.
  4. Combine melted butter, garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, sealing it well.
  7. Arrange the bombs in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  8. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each biscuit.
  10. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
