  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Next, add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl and continue mixing until thoroughly combined.
  3. Once mixed, gently stir in the drained crushed pineapple and lemon juice until evenly incorporated.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 180 minutes or until fully set.
  6. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh pineapple slices.
