  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a 9-inch pie pan with the pie crust.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Whisk together eggs, milk, and flour in a separate bowl.
  7. Stir in melted butter, ketchup, and mustard.
  8. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into the pie crust.
  9. Sprinkle both cheeses over the beef.
  10. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and beef.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
