Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8-inch round cake pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the finely ground pistachio meal, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well integrated.
  5. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before removing.
  8. Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
