  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh mint or sliced almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
