A colorful and delightful drinkable dessert combining creamy sherbet with fizzy soda, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rainbow sherbet
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Rainbow sprinkles
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Begin by taking a tall glass or a bowl and scoop two generous scoops of rainbow sherbet into it.
  2. Next, slowly pour the lemon-lime soda over the sherbet.
  3. Add half a cup of ginger ale into the mix for extra bubbles.
  4. Once your sherbet and soda are combined, top it off with whipped cream.
  5. Finally, sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the whipped cream and crown with a maraschino cherry.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
