A blissful frozen treat that combines vibrant colors and tropical flavors in a refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 scoops rainbow sherbet
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 shot white rum (optional)
  • Pineapple slices for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Grenadine or fruit syrup for extra color

Instructions

  1. Position your blender on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Combine 1 cup of pineapple juice and 1/2 cup of creamy coconut cream in the blender.
  3. Add 2 scoops of rainbow sherbet along with 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
  4. If desired, pour in a shot of white rum.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  6. Pour the mixture into a tall glass, filling it generously to the top.
  7. Drizzle some grenadine or fruit syrup over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and a maraschino cherry.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using freshly squeezed pineapple juice and experimenting with different flavors of sherbet.
