Indulge in a luscious blend of creamy vanilla ice cream, fresh raspberries, and rich cheesecake with these delightful Raspberry Cheesecake Freakshakes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberry sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 46 mini cheesecake slices
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • A few extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by making the raspberry sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
  2. Prepare the milkshake by blending the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and cooled raspberry sauce in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  3. Drizzle raspberry jam along the inside of each serving glass for added sweetness and visual appeal.
  4. Pour the milkshake mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Make the whipped cream by whipping the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Dollop on top of each freakshake.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream and position a mini cheesecake slice on top of each shake. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a few extra graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Enjoy your Raspberry Cheesecake Freakshakes with straws and spoons!

Notes

For thicker shakes, reduce the amount of milk or add more ice cream. Experiment with different flavors of ice cream for variations.
