  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring just until combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped raspberries and chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
  10. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
