A decadent dessert combining rich red velvet cake and creamy cheesecake, beautifully layered for an irresistible treat.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for added texture)
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely before cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add vanilla extract and blend well.
  7. Whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Layer the red velvet cake cubes in a trifle dish or individual glasses.
  10. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the cake layer and repeat until ingredients are used.
  11. Finish with a cheesecake layer on top and optional mini chocolate chips.
  12. Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
