Instructions

  1. Prepare the skillet: Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the proteins: Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Cook the salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side.
