  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cubed bread (optional)
  • 1 cup vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or spinach, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked sausage, bread cubes, and vegetables. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
