Instructions

  1. Cook the beef sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
