  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 French baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir gently and let sit for a few minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and grated Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Fold in the shredded mozzarella, chopped fresh basil, and Italian seasoning until well incorporated.
  5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly across the bottom.
  6. Spoon the tomato mixture over the creamy layer, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. While the dip is baking, toast the baguette slices for 5-7 minutes until crisp.
  9. Serve the dip warm with toasted baguette slices.

Notes
