  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 12 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions in a medium-sized bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F, or set your air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Spread the prepared miso butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down, and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Switch to the broiler for 1-2 minutes for a crispy glaze.
  6. Serve the salmon on a platter, drenching it with any remaining miso butter mixture and garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
