A delightful dessert combining rich cream cheese with the sweet flavor of ripe bananas, perfect for family gatherings or cozy evenings.

  • 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 24 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • Sliced bananas for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  7. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and mix well.
  8. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set at the edges but slightly wobbly in the center.
  10. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for an hour.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Top with sliced bananas before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor. Soften cream cheese to avoid lumps. Cool the cheesecake slowly to prevent cracks.
