Delightful Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups that combine smooth, creamy textures with a crunchy exterior, perfect for parties or a cozy evening snack.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Bake the wontons for about 5 minutes, until just set.
  4. Mix thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Distribute the spinach and artichoke mixture into each baked wonton cup.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in a splash of hot sauce or substituting Parmesan with mozzarella. Leftover filling can be enjoyed as a dip.
