  • Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the bite-sized steak cubes with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  3. Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet, searing for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Mix in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining tablespoon of butter.
  6. Swirl the skillet to coat the steak bites in garlic butter, then sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
  7. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells until al dente.
  8. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking water, then drain the pasta.
  9. Melt the butter in another large skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken broth.
  10. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  11. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then toss the cooked pasta shells to coat.
  12. Serve the steak bites on a plate topped with the creamy pasta shells and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the steak for best results and remember to reserve pasta water for a creamy sauce.
