A refreshing Strawberry Banana Smoothie that blends ripe strawberries, bananas, and creamy milk for a delightful beverage any time of day.

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 cup of fresh strawberries under cool water, removing the green stems, and halving them.
  2. Peel a ripe banana and slice it into pieces.
  3. Add the halved strawberries and banana slices into the blender.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of milk (or almond milk) for creaminess.
  5. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey for natural sweetness.
  6. Top off with 1/2 cup of ice cubes for chill.
