  • 595 grams Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 430 grams Yellow Cake Mix
  • 225 grams Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 2.5 millilitres Vanilla Extract
  • 115 grams Unsalted Butter, melted
  • Fresh Strawberries, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish.
  2. Spread the strawberry filling evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Distribute spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer.
  5. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and filling is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
