Delightful protein-packed bites combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with the refreshing sweetness of strawberries, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, softened cream cheese, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until everything comes together to form a dough-like consistency.
  2. Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and chia seeds (if you’re using them).
  3. With your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls that are about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the rolled protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
