  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Assemble the stuffed toast by spreading cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread, adding strawberries, and topping with another slice.
  3. Make the egg wash by whisking eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  4. Cook the French toast in a skillet with melted butter, 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with maple syrup.
