A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake with crunchy Oreo cookies and topped with fresh strawberries.

  • 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Extra Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined and moistened.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into serving cups or jars and press down gently to form a crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated, keeping it light and airy.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the serving cups on top of the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  6. Top each cheesecake cup with the chopped fresh strawberries.
  7. Garnish with extra Oreo cookies for added crunch.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
