  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Optional: Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Cook until no longer pink and lightly golden.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets. Cook until the broccoli is tender-crisp and bright green.
  5. Pour the honey-Sriracha sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to coat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, adjust to taste, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve on its own or over cooked rice.
