A vibrant and refreshing salad bursting with the sweetness of strawberries, mandarin oranges, mangoes, and creamy cheesecake flavor, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3.4 ounces instant cheesecake pudding mix, unprepared
  • 1 cup International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 20 ounces can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and cut into half moons
  • 2 mangoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 banana, cut into coins
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Begin by whipping the cream cheese in a medium tall bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the dry pudding mix to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
  3. Mix in a splash of the International Delight French Vanilla Creamer until you reach a smooth consistency.
  4. Combine the sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, kiwi, and mango in a larger bowl.
  5. Fold the creamy cheesecake mixture into the bowl of fruits until well mixed.
  6. Toss the banana coins with lemon juice in a small bowl, then fold them into the fruit salad.
  7. Chill the salad until ready to serve or enjoy immediately.

Notes

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for better mixing. Feel free to substitute fruits based on preference.
