Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Begin by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Next, melt the white chocolate chips and mix into the creamy mixture, followed by the graham cracker crumbs and raspberry puree.
  3. Time to shape your creation! Scoop out spoonfuls and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet.
  4. After they’ve chilled, dip each ball into melted white chocolate and coat completely.
  5. Finally, return the coated cheesecake balls to the fridge until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
