A delightful blend of sweet and tropical flavors with coconut, pineapple juice, and a luxurious caramel drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum (or non-alcoholic substitute)
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • Crushed salted pretzels (for rimming)
  • Pretzel stick (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glass by rimming it with crushed salted pretzels. Dip the rim into caramel sauce and roll it in the pretzel crumbs.
  2. Blend the white rum (or substitute), coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, and crushed ice until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into your prepared glass and drizzle more caramel sauce on top.
  4. Garnish with a pretzel stick and serve immediately.

Notes

For richer flavor, substitute half the heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk. Consider adding vanilla extract or toasted coconut flakes for extra flavor.
