  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare the honey-lime garlic glaze by whisking together the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  4. Drizzle the glaze evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

For even better flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey-lime mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Use room temperature salmon for better cooking results.
